Objectives:
Proactive support business decisions by proper analysis, reports and also conclusions. Support the Factory Controller in the area of key responsibilities and also in ad hoc situations.
Key operational responsibilities:
> Prepare budget and forecast
> Prepare specific local and BEE reports
> Consolidate and analyze financial results
> Develop tools, routines and techniques within the controlling area
> Be support for local cost centres in analyzing financial figures
>Train cost centre responsible in the financial area
Reporting to:
Factory Controller
Competencies needed:
Education and Eperience:
> University degree: industrial economy or equivalent
> Work experience from the area is a plus but not required
Technical skills:
> Good IT knowledge
> Experience in SAP is a plus
Soft Competencies:
> Service minded team player
> Good communicational skills
> Structured and with good documentation skills
> Great analytic ability
> A multicultural mindset with a great ability to adapt to change
> Strong drive and a large focus on achieve results and business goals
> Be able to work against tough deadlines
