Your Role
As a controller within Group Cost Control you will be given the opportunity to play an important role in performing and improving the financial processes within Function Control. An important part of the role is to develop ways of working and to find effective ways to use our financial support systems. You will also monitor and control the financial part of some organizational functions and act as co-pilot to the managers and other stakeholders. This includes creating an understanding and acceptance of the financial control, financial processes and the purpose of these.
In the role as a Controller you will:
* Work in close corporation with other controllers in the Finance function and actively take lead, participate and contribute to improvements and progress in processes, systems and control within the finance area.
* Monitor and control financial aspects of the organization such as follow-up and prepare budgets and forecasts.
* Analyze actuals and forecasts and initiate actions to improve financial performance to close gaps and reach targets
* Be a co-pilot to the responsible manager in Finance matters
* Be active and highlight issues and propose actions
You will report to the responsible managers as well as to your manager in the finance organization.
Your profile
We are looking for a Controller with a positive mindset and good communication skills, who enjoys to cooperate with people from different parts of the organization. To be successful in this position it is important to be proactive and to have an analytic and pedagogical ability to understand and explain economic causation. You work in a systematic manner towards set targets.
To succeed in this role we believe that you:
* Have university degree in economics or finance
* You have experience from using excel and financial systems
* Experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting
* Have an interest to improve ways of working and ability to drive change
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
