What will you do as our Controller?
You will be a vital link between the global R&D and global Finance, collaborating with the financial stakeholders, and support business functions within the organization. You will be involved in the R&D's financial matters in the areas of accounting and reporting operations, maintenance of accounting records, financial planning, preparing and presenting financial reports, creating forecasts, and guiding financial decision by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Partner with the global finance team to perform- and deliver on ad-hoc requests from various parts of the organization.
Design and implement internal guidelines and processes for R&D finance administration.

This role is based out of our office in Stockholm, Liljeholmen and report directly to the Group Controller Global Solutions.
The skills and experience we're looking for
We believe you are structured, self-motivated and driven service-minded with a can-do mindset.
Skilled Accountant, Auditor or Controller, preferably in an international business setting and a university degree within relevant area.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
