CellaVision is a global medtech company listed on Stockholm Nasdaq, Mid Cap. We are an innovative company with a project and sales driven agenda that requires a controller with a strong business acumen as well as an interest in new technologies.
As a Controller you will be responsible for follow-up and analysis of financial outcome compared with budget and forecasts. You work in close collaboration with our finance team at HQ and subsidiaries, and act as an internal advisor to ensure high quality goals and results. In addition, the role requires ongoing cooperation with other internal functions in the company. If you wish to develop in your role as a controller in a global environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This position reports to Chief Financial Officer.
Key tasks as Controller
• Monitor financial performance, providing guidance to maximize returns
• Lead an independent analysis of the performance drivers and highlight issues, concerns and opportunities
• Develop process, structure and tools to enable financial growth for the business
• Coordinate and lead end to end forecasting process, maximizing growth opportunities
• Lead the planning and budgeting process, driving business growth in the longer term
• Support costing and pricing models in new contracts
• Being a key person in the development and implementation of efficient finance processes
• Internal and external reporting
• Drive Risk management and internal control agenda
• Participate in development of IT tools such as ERP and BI systems
Qualifications
The right person for this position has a MSc in Finance or equivalent education. We would like you to have previous experience working hands on with accounting as well as participating in controlling, external/internal reporting and budget/forecasts, perhaps in a junior controller role. You have good knowledge of modern IT/system support and you also havegood language skills in English, spoken and written.
If you have previous experience working with process development and/or project management this is considered an advantage.

You have a great sense of responsibility to drive your work forward, while not compromising on good relationships or other people's agendas. You are a good communicator and understand the importance of a wide network within the organization to interpret results and make improvement proposals. You also understand and can explain how activities affect the financial result and can adapt this information to different targeting groups and given time frames.
