Volvo Group's global core plant for wheel loaders in Arvika is a versatile operation with over 900 people who are manufacturing high tech machines that bring value to societies all over the world. Your role
This role is for you who enjoy handling multiple responsibilities. Primarily, you will work closely with our production (assembly, fabrication, logistics) and support departments, to leverage business performance improvements with your ability to analyse data, communicate reasons and suggest ideas how to challenge status quo. A big part of your job is therefore to gather information, analyse plant activities and performance from a perspective looking at production volume, staff, expenses, losses/waste, achieved results and KPIs, and to establish forecasts of future performance. Strong skills in working with systems are valued.

For one of the roles, we are looking for you who will bring several years of experience from a similar assignment with skills in business analysis and control, P&L analysis and capital management. The other role will be suitable for you with a university degree in bachelor of science and economics or similar and are now eager to take the next step in your development.

Who are you
A curious, down to earth person with analytical ability, who can bring different perspectives and have a strong drive to inspire and carry forward your big interest, economics, to others. Having daily interactions with multiple stakeholders, the right candidate also has great people skills, ability to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable with prioritizing. You communicate easily in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
