Overall description of the job
This position is initially a temporary assignment which will for the right candidate lead to a permanent postion. Start as soon as possible is preferable.
The Controller is responsible for providing financial advice to the organization to enable sound business decisions. To have a clear financial planning is essential for short and long-term future of the unit, and you will be the key for that to happen. The role includes working close to the organization and to be a part of the management team leading the everyday operating work forward.
As a Controller you will work in a dynamic environment, take part of a well experienced global financial network with an Area Controller as coordinator. Within the team you will be able to share experiences and develop your personal skills in an international environment.
The Controllers' everyday work is to support to local management on the financial implications of any decision before proceeding. In addition, the Controller must ensure that financial practices are in line with the Flexlink policy.
Main tasks
• Part of the Nordic Management Team
• Plan and co-ordinate forecast and budget for Nordic Operation Unit, according to Central guidelines.
• Closing and reporting procedures according to Area/Central Finance schedule
• Analyze and improve processes in finance related matters
• Ad-hoc reporting to Area Controller and Central Finance
• Follow-up of projects during the month with financial forecast work
• Project controlling in large projects
• Project administration (warranties, credit management, etc.)
• Apply local Percentage of Completion reporting according to Central Finance requirements
• Maximize customer advance intake in co-ordination with Central Finance
Knowledge
• Financial Management (accounting, reporting, forecasting)
• MS Excel
• SAP
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong drive to succeed
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic, high-level view as well as a sense for details
• Experienced of working individually as well as part of a team in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Diligent and puts honor in meeting deadlines and delivering thorough and proper performance
Education and experience:
Bachelor or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business and Administration (major in Accounting or Finance)
And at least 3 years' experience from independent work with controlling and forecasting in a medium sized company.
