Composites manufactures world class composite insulators and our core competences are the mechanical, electrical and physical properties and manufacturing processes involved in polymer composite material. Our customers are located all over the world, both within and outside ABB.
Would you like to have a central position where you will be an important part of setting structures, planning, executing and analyzing financial processes within a truly global business? Are you driven by results and want to support the managers with financial advices? As Local Business Unit Controller, you will be part of the management team for ABB Composites. You will be responsible for monthly financial reports as well as budget and forecast processes. You will work closely with the General Manager in financial and business related tasks, which means that you will observe deficiencies, make analyses and drive improvements to ensure that targets are met.
In this position, you will work in close collaboration with sales, product management and development, operations and other main functions. In addition, you will support in areas of productivity analyses, investment assessments, different business agreements and set-ups, financial flow, tax and legal. You hold an academic degree and at least five years' experience from business control functions, preferably in an international environment. It is also a plus if you are well accustomed to ERPLN and SAP. Adding to this, you are a skilled communicator and fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike. In addition to the formal requirements, you have high social and networking skills and the ability to work strategically. Moreover, you have an aptitude for managing a broad range of tasks simultaneously.
