Microsoft's Sales, Marketing, and Services Group (SMSG) Finance is looking for front line Finance leaders. Our team works across all Microsoft products and services, customer segments, and influences sales teams world-wide. We are looking for leaders who can proactively partner with internal and external customers to have global impact with the goal of maximizing revenue, market share, and profit.

The Consumer Channels Group (CCG) Controller role is a key leadership position both within the subsidiary Finance team and the CCG business team and is expected to be a major contributor to the success of the CCG business. The role will create, build and expand our CCG business in a challenging and exciting consumer market place. On top of a leadership role within the business, this individual will be responsible for establishing processes, driving shareholder value by reporting on key financial metrics, drive the compliance agenda for the CCG business, providing insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions and establish the long term economic vision for the CCG organization.
The position is responsible for an end-to-end management of the CCG P&L. The role reports to the CFO of the subsidiary, is part of the CCG business leadership team and works closely with the Western Europe CCG Controller.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• 10+ years' experience in Finance with strong demonstration of (people) leadership, business partnering capabilities and controls & compliance culture.
• Fluent in English, Swedish language skills a benefit . Degree in Economics or Business. MBA preferable . Retail/FMCG experience.
• Experience with multi-cultural and country specific circumstances. . Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels of the organization.
• "Can do" and "thinking out of the box" attitude combined with hands on approach.
• Strong ethic, integrity and accountability attitude.
• Agile and fast moving. Ability to create structure and processes in a fast moving environment.
• Past Demonstration on results achievement and drive change Past Demonstration on results achievement and drive change . Strong MS Excel skills and analytical/reporting tools experience
