We are now looking for a controller to integrate the finance functions of our Swedish and Ukrainian operations.
Main responsibilities:
• Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
• Preparation of monthly consolidated P&L and balance sheet
• Compilation of materials for annual reports and interim reports
• Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and monitoring controls are implemented and maintained
Requirements for the position:
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience
• Ability and experience of managing a small accounting team
• Good communications and project management skills
• Autonomous work style, ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Good understanding of group consolidation
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, process oriented
• Driven mentality, highly motivated
• Good understand and knowledge of IT-based accountancy systems
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Preferably also fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, both spoken and written
