Klarna Debt Collection is responsible for all customer errands that for some reason are not settled within given credit-time. We collect debts, decides when to sell debts and ultimately when to write off debts. The task for the debt collection controller is to compile sufficient material and report on when to make those important decisions.

You will be part of a controller group within Klarna Debt Collection, responsible for providing managers and colleagues within the department with the best possible information. You find access to and analyze existing data, identify areas of improvement and opportunities in daily work routines as well as work tools. Your work then results in a series of proposed measures with the aim to create an even better position to generate revenue without stretching the high standard of quality. You are working with KPIs, assist in the monthly sales process and help develop the processes in the department. You will have a lot of cross department contact throughout Klarna.

You will be perfect for this role if you have a bachelor's degree in finance and a desire and willingness to learn more about debt cellection. Hopefully you have previously worked on similar tasks or have experience from work in a finance department. We expect you to have great analytical ability and to take pride in always delivering high quality on time. Your positive attitude to new challenges and tasks rubs off on your colleagues and you are always willing to go the extra mile. We also want you to speak English fluently and have good knowledge in Excel and basic knowledge in SQL.
