Bearing Operation is the main manufacturing body for standard bearings within SKF. In SKF manufacturing is now very clearly in focus and we have set ourself the challenge to turn our operations into a world class manufacturing network. The main drivers to achieve this are our four strategic programs SKF Production System - Technology step-up - Manufacturing and Logistics footprint - Input cost reduction. To improve the operational performance organizational and people development is high on our agenda.

Controller - Bearing Operations
In this position you will be part of and drive controlling activities within Bearing Operations. Your main function will be to drive the investment process. Analyse and forecast financial, economic and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions and drive performance using an outside in mindset
Job responsibilities
• Drive and develop the investment process for total Bearing Operations
• Support concerning Forecast and plan process for total Bearing Operation
• Drive special projects including actions to solve potential issues.
• Support Bearing operation controller in monthly closings
Job requirements
• Relevant university exam e.g. Financial degree
• Experience within manufacturing controlling
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Experience of SKF reporting and manufacturing systems
Personal profile
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in an effective way to both management and factory
• Travel will be part of the function (10 to 15%)
• Fluent in English
Additional information
The position holder will report to Bearing Operations Controller, and will preferably be located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
