hela Sverige We are looking for Control System Engineer for our Global R&D organization.
The exciting thing about this role, besides the development of the future in Professional Laundry, is the possibility to drive the creation of new control algorithms and product functionalities.
As Control System Engineer you will work closely with colleagues from different technical disciplines, from all over the world, get to understand different realities, cultures and people, as well as being part of an open-minded team, where creativity is welcome and innovation applied to product development and methodology is the key mission
You will interact with, and you will be in contact with the best experts in our company having the possibility to acquire knowledge at the state of the art and beyond in the professional laundry industry.
A typical day at work:
• Creating, testing and implementing new control algorithms and functionalities through model based design.
• Interpret requests for product functionalities from Product development, Business unit or Customer care, and transferring this into specification documents and coordinating implementation with the FW and HW team and laboratory. Support the test execution and all validation phases
• Create necessary documentation and design, testing and approval guidelines
• Close interaction with Hardware and Firmware teams for a seamless transfer from laboratory to suppliers and to mass production

Qualifications:
• Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic or Control System Engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge of MatLab/Simulink
• Ability in signal/data analysis and simulations, IT and network knowledge
• Knowledge of Embedded systems. (Micro, ADCs, communication protocols, etc)
• Experience with FW and SW coding principles and practices
• Experience with data acquisition and control systems
• Ability to model mechanical, thermal, fluid, and electrical systems
• Capability to translate complex control algorithms to production level appliance controls
• Analytical thinking and problem solving approach
• Passionate about technology with very good interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Good communication skills - fluent in English and Swedish
• Open-minded and resilient
