We are now looking for a Part-time/Temporary Employment Contracts Manager to our HQ in Stockholm. In this role you will be working closely with our Legal Team-Lead to optimize our contract management digitization.
As a Contracts Manager at Intergiro you are expected to work a total of up to 100 hours divided over a two- or three months period. The schedule will be set jointly with you and the Legal Team Lead.
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement workflows, procedures and policies for smart and secure contracts management
Optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks and automate processes
Assist in handling processing and follow-up on a variety of contract document requirements
Conduct legal research, review and document retrieval, as requested by the Legal Team
Requirements
Experience in contract database systems and/or workflow systems
Experience in contract review and drafting, and negotiating complex commercial banking- and technology agreements (Merit)
Fluency in English and intermediate + in Swedish
Currently studying law/commercial law, Paralegal or equivalent
Experience in contract review and drafting, and negotiating complex commercial banking- and technology agreements
Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time-frames in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and intermediate + in Swedish is required
