Workers gain long-term employment stability and higher utilization, decreasing their "in-between jobs time", as Jobandtalent offers constant employment with different contracts and shifts.
We have raised more than EUR100 million backed up by amazing VCs such as Atomico, Kibo Ventures, and Qualitas Equity Partners and the company is presenting a 500% YoY growth.
Jobandtalent currently has offices located in the UK, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Mexico, and Colombia, with plans to further expand to France and Italy by the end of the year - therefore being present in a combined market of more than USD $100 billion.

As a contracts analyst at Jobandtalent you will be responsible for the operational processes from the creation of contracts, payment of salaries to the final preparation of the invoices.
Your daily responsibilities are:
Legalizing contracts of our external employees by carefully reviewing and organizing their documentation.
Careful tracking and imputation of clocking hours to examine fleet utilizations.
Preparation of the month-end employee payment cycles.
Preparation of the invoices for the clients.
Execution and documentation of contracts cancellations.
Preparation of contracts KPIs.
Requirements:
Organized
Attention to detail.
Analytical mindset.
Previously worked with excel.
Reliable person committed to getting the job done.
Fluent in Swedish

Contracts Analyst
