hela Sverige The workforce on site at Northvolt Ett in Skellefteå is rapidly growing with persons coming from all over the world to build Europe's greenest battery factory. This is creating a surplus demand for accommodation that the local area has difficulty to supply. Therefore, Northvolt decided to set up a temporary lodging solution that when completed will accommodate 660 workers.
Therefore, we need to find a person that wants to take on this challenge and manage Camp Skellefteå. This means to take over day-to-day responsibilities and drive the best possible solution to the situation. We want to be able to provide our contractors safe, comfortable and clean accommodation when they arrive in Skellefteå.
The lodging administrator will be the go-to person at Northvolt when questions regarding temporary lodging in Skellefteå come up, this means keeping an eye on the budget and contract management. The cliché "roll up your sleeves" could never have been more appropriate to describe both the role and the company culture. We would love a fast footed, smart, reliant and resilient colleague that is not afraid to solve problems and find solutions.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the provision of accommodations for contractors and other Northvolt project related needs
- Optimizing occupancies together with lodging contractor TSN and possible other contractors/hotels
- Responsible person at Northvolt for subcontractors regarding temporary lodging including contract management
- Overseeing the transportation and other services that might be needed to run this project smoothly
- Plan for, and understand, future needs and services required based on lodging forecasts.
- Keep track of the budget with regular presentations for overviews of costs and budgetary issues.
- Synchronize lodging needs with the Programs and Construction teams
- Drive future expansion and improvement projects for lodging
- Coordination of all communication activities re. lodging incl. internal Northvolt, Contractors, Neighbours, Authorities, Municipality, Police, etc.
The person we are looking for is strongly goal oriented, curious and eager to learn. Education/Experience
- Preferably a relevant university degree, however not necessary.
- Previous experience working with large number of contractors and contract management.
- Documented experiences of professional collaboration with people from different countries and cultures
- Experience of professional responsibility for planning, coordination, reporting and communication
- High skills in planning and reporting and an experienced professional user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience.

Northvolt was founded in 2016 with the mission to build the world's greenest battery cell, with a minimal carbon footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling, to enable the European transition to renewable energy. Northvolt's team of experts is building the next generation battery cell factory focused on process innovation, scale and vertical integration.
