technology limits developing the next generation products and solutions utilizing a high degree of innovation. We are now searching for a Contract Specialist to HV Service in Ludvika and we very much look forward to your application!
Your responsibilities
Provide contract related support during the execution stage (negotiation, claim and dispute resolution)
Active involvement during tendering stage in order to assess terms and conditions, possible risks and/or opportunities
Develop, implement and maintain contractual strategy
Provide guidance in contract management related matters across the unit
Participation and support during the risk review process
Review and drafting of legal documentation
Close cooperation with project managers and area sales managers
Your background
University degree in the legal field and hands-on experience in the legal field
Proficient in Swedish and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as a strong team contributor
Proactive approach
Great communication and negotiation skills
Analytical skills
