Your areas of responsibility will primarily be focused on contract management and negotiations, but you can expect to work with other closely related matters as well, and to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever it is needed - with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude. About the role
You will report to our Head of Legal and your role will primarily be to:
• Continuously develop and optimize our contract templates and contracting process, together with our Head of Legal and our external law firm when needed
• Draft new contracts for customers, partners and sales consultants
• Screen and amend contracts for customers, sales consultants, partners and suppliers
• Negotiate and defend SeenThis contracting positions, and find non-standard solutions where necessary, to achieve successful outcomes
• Administrate and enforce the signing process for all contracts
• Optimize our contract management system (Precisely), to ensure we track relevant KPIs and stay compliant with all signed agreements
• Advise and train internal stakeholders on contracting
• Maintain and enforce routines on contracting documentation
• Interact with customers, partners and consultants on contractual matters
• Support with other legal related matters as needed
Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, with specific know how around contract negotiation and management
• Knowledgeable in general legal and compliance requirements within B2B
• A problem solving business mindset, with an interest in technology and digital service offerings
• Very high proficiency in English and Swedish
• Proven ability to take a pragmatic approach to contracting in a multinational environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Law degree
• 5+ years relevant working experience
• A pragmatic approach when it comes to balancing business potential against risk, to ensure we sign preferable deals for SeenThis in the most efficient way possible
• Specific knowledge in digital advertising, software contracting, intellectual property rights and/or data protection
• Experience in handling various types of contracts for customers, partners, suppliers, consultants and/or employees
• Additional languages (e.g., Spanish or German)
• Knowledge/experience from corporate law is a bonus
