Nordic Contract Operations is responsible for the commercial operational management of their Portfolio which includes management of Elcert and GO claims and submissions, management of landowner and partner relationships, monthly financial reporting, analysis, planning, monitoring and presentation upon the status of the E.ON Climate and Renewables' asset portfolio, advising relevant departments of key facts and risks. As a Contract Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Responsibility for optimization of energy sales from Nordic wind production (on- and offshore) e.g hedging strategy and nominations
• Responsibility for optimization of certificate sales from Nordic wind production (on- and offshore) e.g hedging strategy and nominations
• Management of all financial transactions related to revenues from Nordic wind production
• Management of costs related to energy sales, landowner compensation and partner agreements.
• Central point of contact for all questions related to TPA, forecasting and energy sales.
• Responsibility for development, implementation and management of a partner concept to cope with external partners (investors, landowners) for Nordic wind farms
• Management of all financial transactions and reporting related to our partners.
• Interpretation, management and execution of landowner/partner contracts
• Analysing EC&R?s portfolio of Nordic assets within the agreed terms and conditions negotiated by Customised Solutions to create value and mitigate risk.
• Support Asset Leads and Head of O&M department in managing external partners and stakeholders
• Continuous improvement of commercial processes related to Partner management and energy sales
• Nordic Asset Portfolio position reporting and gross margin forecasting, tracking of actual income and costs
Qualifications
You have a level education in Business Administration, Economic, Finance or equivalent and/or at least five years of relevant business experience. You have financial and commercial skills with highly developed risk awareness, advanced level of numeracy and analytical thinking. Furthermore, you are self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and a drive and determination.
You have the ability to identify and analyse commercial data and recommend trading and risk mitigation strategies and also interpret, execute and manage legal contracts. To be successful in this position you need to have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
