Arrowhead is looking for a contract monetization designer to help develop a design for the in-game economy sinks on Helldivers 2.
The primary purpose is to evaluate the current game economy, to design and document an economy sink system that focuses on optimizing features and mechanics to encourage player engagement with the system.

Your contribution
As the Contract Monetization Designer you will be:
Collaborating with game design, production, and player insight teams to define monetization goals and objectives;
Evaluating and understanding the current game economy systems and currencies with an eye towards designing new economy sinks;
Creating and iterating on a design document for economy sinks that ensures a balance between player satisfaction and successful in-game economy sinks.
Our requirements
Do you see the following in yourself:
Previous experience as a monetization designer on AAA titles;
Strong understanding of game design principles for in-game economies;
Track record of designing and implementing monetization systems that drive player engagement;
Willing and able to collaborate in a multinational, hybrid remote, environment;
Excels at written and verbal communication.
Scope: Contract position, 4-6 weeks
Location: Remote or on-site.
