hela Sverige In this role you will analyze and comment contracts, detect and evaluate legal and commercial risks and implement adequate risk mitigation actions. By acting as a facilitator with corresponding Group Functions, you provide support regarding export financing related questions, as well as export risk insurance, bank guarantees, letters of credits, insurances, taxes and export control.. You will be one of HV Breakers two Trade Compliance Officers (TCO).
In cooperation with the Legal team, Contract Managers and Order & Project team, you support Order and Project concerning the interpretation and handling of contracts. In addition, you initiate and set up relevant trainings to the Order and Project team on commercial and contract law topics. Even though you will work in close cooperation with other teams, you will also lead some delivery projects on your own.
You are a team player with an independent and solution oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills. Moreover, your high degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and integrity help you lead by influence. You understand that good results are achieved in cooperation with management, sales team as well as internal and external expertise.
You hold a university degree in a technical field, law or administration and have more than 3 years of experience in contract or project management, negotiations and commercial risk management. You are fluent in English, written and spoken alike, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
You will be part of High Voltage Breakers, a business unit within the Power Products division in Ludvika. High Voltage Breakers has a worldwide ABB responsibility for development, production and sales of high voltage breakers for power systems within both AC and DC. New products are developed and tested in our high voltage laboratory and the markets are found both in Sweden and in other parts of the world. The high voltage breaker is an essential part of a reliable and energy efficient power system.
