Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as a Contract Manager and Procurement lead play a key role where you will be in charge of procurements and contracts related to changing how we deliver IT. In your role you will have the opportunity to work with many stakeholders as well as vendors. A challenge where you will contribute to achieve the best IT-solutions for our core business.
You will be responsible for contracts within a service area, working closely together with project managers, system responsible and delivery area responsible. You will also be responsible for procurements, driving the projects from start to end, when needed.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Contract Manager and Procurement lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and support the contract lifecycle including RFP, contract negotiation, H&M and vendor?s adherence to contract and renewal of existing contracts
• Lead and support commercial discussions and contract issues with vendors and ensure cost control
• Ensure good relations with our vendors and proactively work towards cooperation with our vendors so that commercial disputes are not influenced on delivery level
• Manage contractual and commercial risks and to ensure the H & M and the supplier's compliance with the agreement
• Be procurement lead for procurements within the service area
You will also support delivery responsible with vendor follow-up, play an important role in decision forums and head internal training sessions regarding existing contracts.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Minimum 2 years of IT purchasing, leading negotiations or contract management experience
• Experience of writing and interpreting contracts
• Experience of leading big IT procurements
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Have good knowledge and experience of project management
Experience of legal requirements of contracts is qualifying.
We are looking for several contract managers & procurement leads with various experience level, from more junior to very senior persons. The exact skill level will therefore vary.
