If so, this role might be something for you. We are now looking for a Contract and Business Development Manager who want to help us raise the bar and accelerate our internal ability!
Your role
You will lead and develop our Supplier Contract Managment and Process Development Procurement. You will be a team member in Operational Development within Business Area Saab Surveillance, reporting to the Head of Procurement Operational Development Saab Surveillance. The role is focused on A) Advise and provide legal counsel for contract related matters to the entire procurement organization in contract negotiation and dispute resolution. B) Align and coordinate with Business Area Legal, Compliance and Commercial to ensure compliance and best practice contract management. C) Support and participate in complex contract negotiations. D) Own and drive the business development efforts across Procurement. You will also be a part of "Avtalsgruppen" within Saab with the aim and responsibility to develop and educate on the Saab Contract Templates.
The role offers a broad span of contacts within the company as well as with suppliers and holds a variety of duties and responsibilities which makes the daily work interesting and diverse. If you want to contribute with your expertise to Surveillance development of technologically advanced and completely unique products such as advanced radars and command and control systems, then we believe that this is your next smart career step.
Placement for this position is Gothenburg or Stockholm. The role includes frequent business travels between Surveillance different sites, to other locations within Saab and to suppliers, both within Sweden and abroad.

Required Skills
* A number of years' experience of contract management or contract law, preferably within Supply Chain
* Experience in complex domestic and international contract negotiation
* Ability to educate and develop people and processes in your area of competence
* Relevant university degree and business experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Desired Skills
* Legal degree
* Process development/ Continuous improvement experience
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
