hela Sverige The contract manager for Nordics in ALTEN will belong to our Technical Direction but work towards our entire organization in Sweden and Finland. This is a key role in the shaping of our current and future business and will work pro-actively with ALTEN colleagues in all business lines including Engineering, IT and Life Science. In this role you will work with a wide array of contracts and projects ranging from Frame Agreements to individual project contracts. A Contract Management process has been developed and part of your responsibilities here would also be to continuously develop those processes and framework. You will in this role report to the Technical Director for ALTEN Nordics as part of securing quality in all of our commitments.
Successful candidates must show a positive and proactive leadership style and must have the ability to interact collaboratively with management, colleagues, and staff to carry out the following main activities:
CONTRACT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support colleagues in sales when negotiating terms with customers and ensure that legally binding agreements/quotes that follow laws and regulations are written.
Ensure that Commercial Management Best Practice is implemented within each account and that risk registers are maintained.
Assist Technical direction and the business organization in identifying, evaluating, and minimize risks in regulatory and compliance issues.
Develop and ensure that the quotation/contract structure and content, including terms and conditions, are at the right level within the Contract.
Assist Bid manager and relevant stakeholder for complex sales opportunities within each account (Bids, RFPs and RFQs).
Lead contract solution design for both internal and external customers, participate/lead the negotiation with customers, and stipulate transaction details in the customer-oriented contract through the design of contract architecture and review and the draft of contract texts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the contract solution and overall texts.
Contract optimization, follow-up on key figures and lead time, cost and risk optimization, Impact assessments, etc.
Educate in contract understanding and methodically work within interpretation and consequences
To be able to bid on structured deliveries with increased confidence, with risk/impact analyzes and contract structures and processes that give both us and the customer confidence and reduce the risk of negative surprises or losses.
Identify and disclose all risks in contract clauses in the processes of bidding, contract generation, contract review, decision-making, signing, handover, fulfillment, and others, track and manage risks until the contract is closed.
End-to-end responsibility for risk identification, decision-making support, and manage the risks until the Contract is closed.
Lead the development of habits, records, and the capability development of accounts within the responsibility scope, generate clause baseline, lead the analysis of transaction quality issues, establish contract quality improvement targets and drive resource investment to achieve those targets.
Lead responsibility for developing and evolving the End-to-End Contract management process including but not limited to structuring a complete contract risk guidance within the respective Contract segment, Key Account baseline, the contract lifecycle, etc.
Responsible for Alten Nordics contract templates, making sure the templates are up to date and that the company policies, guidelines, and strategic decisions are addressed.
Fully responsible for the management of the company's contract structure and archiving.
Master degree or equivalent within business law.
5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting and reviewing complex contracts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
HOME LOCATION FOR THIS ROLE CAN BE EITHER IN GOTHENBURG OR STOCKHOLM.
