hela Sverige Information Systems at Axis manages traditional IT as well as application development and maintenance of systems for internal and external use. An essential element of our work are relations and cooperation with external parties. These are regulated by different contracts and agreements including for instance non-disclosure agreements, license agreements and development agreements.
As Contract Manager you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of these contracts. You will drive the entire process from start to execution together with responsible managers. You will analyze contract requirements, business models, pricing and other terms and conditions. You will prepare material for internal assessments as well as coordinate involvement from other parts of the organization such as the Legal Department, Finance and technical teams. You will participate in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and cooperation partners.
Furthermore you will manage our portfolio of existing contracts ensuring duly execution, consistency and validity. You will be part of a team with other members with administrative duties and if time allows there may be opportunities to assist, coordinate and lead some of these activities.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an analytical and structured person who has a degree in e.g. engineering, finance, law, computer science or other relevant area combined with an evident interest and good knowledge of the business and technical aspects of each transaction. Hence, we would expect that you, for instance, have the ability to draft simple contractual documents, understand and take an active role in the structure set up of each negotiation, and follow the contractual process in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
