As a Contract Manager within IT Sales Store you will work with complex global contracts and purchases towards all our selling markets and stores. We currently have many initiatives ongoing where you play a key role in the development of our IT store solutions.You will work in a team together with several other contract managers and sourcing responsibles. You will be overall responsible for one or several contracts, working closely together with project managers, system responsibles and delivery area responsible.Areas of responsibilityThe job of an H&M Contract Manager comes with lots of responsibbility - and lots of fun! Your to do-list include:Lead and support the contract lifecycleLead and support commercial discussions and contract issues with vendorsEnsure good relations with our vendorsNegotiate contract changes with existing vendorsWrite and interpret contractsYou will also support delivery responsible with vendor follow-up, play an important role in decision forums and head internal training sessions regarding existing contracts.Your competenceJust like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.And your skills include: Minimum 5 years of IT purchasing or contract managementSeveral years' experience of leading negotiationsExperience of purchasing complex IT servicesSubstantial experience of writing and interpreting contractsFluent in Swedish and EnglishFor questions please contact Pernilla Tronstad at 070-796 30 48.Please applay with CV and personal letter no later than May 19th 2019 We accept applications in both Swedish and English.Who are we at the IT department?We are the sum of the abilities and personalities we have.
