Reporting to the Deputy CEO under the CEVT Business Office, the job-holder is responsible for managing all contract activities to ensure that services are delivered on time, to the required standards within budget, whilst maximizing client satisfaction through cooperation and coordination with the relevant internal partners (hereinafter referred to as ?the clients?) such as Finance, HR/ADMIN, Technical BU and legal etc.
Responsibilities:
• Establish a fit for purpose contract management system and determine the contract management approach for all the indirect purchase contracts, service agreements, consultant service contracts and any other business related contracts required by the clients
• Manage the contracts by establishment of a proper contract administration and record keeping system to provide necessary input and support to the clients
• Initiate and implement performance reviews, contract compliance reviews with suppliers on a regular basis, Communicate with clients to manage expectations, lead change efforts and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop solutions for complex client situations to meet goals and objectives.
• Handle data analysis, interpretation and process design interviews for clients.
• Monitor client expectation scope on generated results? delivery.
• Measure project progress, client benefits and budget expectation achievement through proprietary tracking tools.
• Support current client project teams with analytical and reporting needs.
• Monitoring contractor activity on a specified frequency to identify problem areas.
• Contacting other business units in the company as necessary to provide contractual information and data.
Other Requirements:
• 5+ years of contract management related experiences, preferably in automotive industry or other similar industries.
• Previous working experiences in multinational companies is a plus
• Proficiency office software skills
• Proven management skills, good coaching and mentoring skills
