IoT is an operating unit within Business Area Technologies and New Businesses and serves as an incubation zone within which potentially disruptive technologies are developed with the ambition of becoming a transformative and profitable future business in Ericsson.
The IoT Platform business is growing rapidly and we are now in a stage where we need to strengthen our contractual and commercial team with a contract manager. "as a Service" is the standard business model used, thus a deep knowledge of "as a Service" is key - both from a practical and theoretical point of view.
We are specifically looking for a telecom industry expert in contractual management, who will be monitoring and working with the sales team in order to ensure the best contractual outcome. This includes management across the contractual lifecycle including re-newels of contracts incl. implementation of improved/standard T&C, management of exceptions during the negotiations of new & existing contracts (e.g. special enterprise deals) and relationship management for enduring customer relationships & satisfaction, both internally & externally.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Formulating Strategies & Concepts for contract life-cycle management and ensuring implementation
Drive the drafting, negotiation and finalization of contracts with relevant stakeholders
Develop & drive the planning and execution of Contract Governance Preparation & its Execution
Ensure Contract Completion Verification including Sign off and Handover
Ensure proper storage of signed contracts and amendments
Post Contract management including benchmark and analysis of contracts to identify areas of improvement
Drive the continuous digitalization of the whole contract management flow towards a fully digital flow from start to end
