Designed to ensure environmentally-friendly and efficient cargo operations, Siwertell ship unloaders and loaders are based on unique screw conveyor technology, in combination with belt conveyors and aeroslides, and can handle virtually any dry bulk cargo.
You will be responsible for managing customer contracts within Cargotec Sweden AB, Bulk Handling Business Line. The position reports to the Manager for Contract Management.
Key accountabilities
Responsible for driving customer projects from signing contract until warranty time has expired including:
• Making sure all contractual demands, technical, financial and administrative are fulfilled.
• With cost awareness carry through the project within the set time frames and financial goals.
• Be responsible for all contacts with customer
• Making sure all participants in the project group carry through his/her responsibility according to plan
• According to time frame carry through the customer project and fullfill demands set up in contract regarding delivery time and quality
• Continuoulsy risk analyze the project and keep feed back log updated
• Plan needed resources together with departments involved.
• Report any deviations from project calculation and/or contract, actual as well as suspected, to own manager and financial director, when needed or on monthly based contract management meetings
Background
To succeed in this position we expect you to have a Degree at university level in mechancial engineering or equivalent work experience combined with experience in contract management and in working internationally.
Competencies
• Socially skilled, able to make contact easily, communicative, objective and analytic.
• Ability to drive own work
Language skills
• Fluent in speaking as well as in writing in English.
