Your arena
In the role as a Contract Lead you will lead the contractual and legal aspects of the project. You will prepare and draft the overall structure of the RFP package and contract. You will be working in a team of six people, we therefore expect the successful candidate to have effective levels of interactive communication. Furthermore you will interact with the various stream leads, e.g. requirement lead(s), to gather input to the RFP material.
The role
The successful individual will be expected to have solid experience from drafting and negotiating international and high-tech related IT-development and out-sourcing services agreements. Furthermore we believe you have a hands-on experience with delivery of the services and contract management. We believe that you have procurement management experience from large IT procurement and transition projects and strong analytical skills and solid experience from negotiations. If you are person who has strong administrative skills and well-developed team skills, this is the assignment for you!
