hela Sverige We are looking for a Contract Controller for Flow General.
BACKGROUND
The Enterprise Application division manages the Flow Program as well as supports New initiatives on the SAP/JDA platforms. The Flow Program will result in new processes and ways of working for large parts of the goods flow (supply chain) as well as for finance and controlling. A large number of existing IT-solutions will be replaced by standard platforms to ensure a global, flexible and user-friendly system environment. The new IT-solutions will be the foundation for a business platform enabling continued growth in a long-term perspective for ?multi channel? and ?multi brand? with well synchronized and efficient processes. This will be done in different steps and over several years. In addition to the Flow Program, new functionality such as Customer Loyalty and Staff Card will be implemented partly/completely on the new platforms (SAP/JDA).
The person we are looking for is an experienced Contract Controller. The person will aid the Vendor Manager with financial planning, investment calculations, spend analysis and investment scenarios due to contractual arrangements.
The Contract Controller will work together with the Vendor Manager, Division Controller and Contract Negotiator.
TASKS
Take part in internal workshops and external negotiations.
Create and maintain calculations of the future investments based on contractual arrangements.
Calculate and report risks and issues to Vendor Manager
Assist in preparing calculations and information as basis for decisions
SPECIFIC SKILLS
Mandatory requirements
Experience from controlling and/or contract management in a large multinational program/company.
Proven/strong analytical skills
Qualifying
Negotiating experience
SAP system/company/contract knowledge
TOOLS
