Contract Administrator
If you are considering the challenge of a new role in a rapidly growing global company, our Supply Chain department is seeking a passionate Contract Administrator with a "can do spirit" to deliver excellent results together with Huawei Nordic & Baltic and our customers' team. Job description:
As a Contract Administrator you'll be working to ensure perfect order and delivery flow while maintaining highly customer satisfaction. You'll have the following responsibilities:
• Take care and manage the contract and purchase order review.
• Communicate with manufactures and suppliers to ensure deliveries in time.
• Take care of the payment and documentation management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we're seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• University degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Good computer knowledge.
It's an advantage if you have experience working with similar tasks or have experience working administrative and speaks Swedish.
For this position it's important for you to have strong communication skills with high customer orientation. It's also important for you to be able to work under pressure and welcome challenges. You are a multitasking person with a good sense of prioritizing.
Organization:
You will work in the Nordic and Baltic organization based in Sweden.
