What you'll do?We are now hiring a Continuous Integration (CI) driver within Vision development at our Linköping office, working closely with the group manager and the Area Product Owner. In your role you will drive the teams responsible for support and development in the area of enhanced build system, continuous improvement flow and handling of the hardware in the loop test environment.
Do you want to make a difference and develop and support the Continuous Integration workflow, with the heart beat in the development chain? It is in this, the code stepwise is integrated to a product and also are tested in different steps to give the feedback to the developers and to secure the quality aspects. The involved teams are working with the next generation of SW build tool, the Continuous Integration flow as well as building and supporting the usage of test environment for the vision system.
What you'll bringTo succeed in the role, we prefer that you have
• Master of Science degree or equivalent
• Long-term experience as a project manager or equivalent
• Experience in leading others as well as building and developing teams
• Good knowledge in English
The position requires good leadership skills, that you are clear in your communication, have an analytical ability as well as the ability to make decisions. You are responsive and outgoing and maintain good relationships with people in your area. Experiences from the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems we see as a merit.
