Your role and responsibilities
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be integral to the sales support organization, responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizing tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP, you will analyze sales data, streamline workflows, and collaborate with teams in the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Utilize Power BI to analyze sales performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and identify trends that inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement, specifically leveraging Salesforce and SAP functionalities to enhance the sales process.
Align customer needs with the ABB internal processes to ensure excellent customer experience.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the market & sales organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Provide training and guidance on best practices in continuous improvement methodologies and the effective use of tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP.
Work closely with IT, Marketing & Sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of improvement initiatives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales improvement projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales optimization and data analytics.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Approx 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a related role, preferably within a marketing & sales environment
Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP. Experience with data analysis and reporting is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions to improve sales efficiency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
