Are you passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and achieving continuous growth?
We are seeking a motivated and communicative Continuous Improvement Specialist who will help to establish and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) culture within HVDC, with a specific focus on Customer & Quality domains. Leveraging the Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodology, you will have a vital role in driving improvement projects and initiatives.

Your responsibilities
Lead critical improvement and Lean Six Sigma (L6S) projects and initiatives, influencing positive change across the organization
Manage the implementation and risks associated with improvement projects, taking a proactive approach and make adjustments as needed to mitigate potential problems.
Coach other L6S projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of investigations carried out
Contribute to knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices
Collaborate in enhancing the quality function and the line quality team, bolstering overall operational excellence
Deliver trainings in L6S methodologies to drive the quality culture and empower cross-functional teams
Offer support to CI project owners
Ensure reportings are done on time and according to processes

Your background
You have an engineering or quality background and a genuine interest in developing within the field of continuous improvement. Preferably you also have previous leading experience.
You are not afraid to ask for help while continuously being persistent in resolving complex problems.
You are self-driven. You have a personal strength and resilience skills to stay motivated and focused with continuous problem-solving activities.
Previous experience of participating in improvement initiatives and quality and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and PDCA
Great communication and collaboration skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
A proactive, analytical and result-driven mindset coupled with a passion for innovation to be able to lead initiatives
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required
