If you want to be part of our success, keep reading and apply for our position as Regional Continuous Improvement Manager.The Continuous Improvement Manager Master Black Belt supervises, coaches and trains teams of regional Black Belts who are leading complex improvement projects selected by the regional- and Surface Chemistry Management team to impart significant impact on the business unit. The key focus areas are in Operations and Supply Chain Management. You will primarily work in EMEIA but as required, will assist in driving L6S initiatives on a global basis. In the role you will operate across functional lines to drive change and improve the efficiency and effectiveness.As Continuous Improvement Manager Master Black Belt you need to be passionate about continuous improvement, effective change agent, highly capable team leader, skilled instructor, accomplished coach and Lean Six Sigma (L6S) content expert. The CI Manager is a key resource for Surface Chemistry in identifying and defining improvement opportunities and also in facilitating execution, achieve our strategic targets and in helping to build a long term continuous improvement culture.You can be located in Stenungsund or Sundsvall, Sweden.Main responsibilitiesTechnical expert on the use and training of Lean Six Sigma (L6S)Acts as a leader for the Black Belts in the regionDelivers initial training to the Black Belts, Brown Belts and Green Belts throughout the organization/li>Acts as a coach and on-going teacher to the Brown Belts, managers and, as needed, in other parts in the organizationDevelops tools and models that will enable BU SC to learn and continuously improve knowledge, engagement and use of L6S in daily activitiesAssists in the development and deployment of the L6S programResponsible for driving delivery and completion of Black Belt projectsSupports execution of the Surface Chemistry and Regional Asset StrategyProvides support and advice to define the specific scope for new projectsGuides the Black Belts to certification and assists the Black Betls in doing the same for the Brown Belts and Green BeltsLeads complex, high-priority improvement projects, as directed by the Program Director, to provide the right level of leadership on critical projects and initiativesThis function requires traveling up to 50%, mostly within the EMEIA regionJob RequirementsMaster degree minimum. Degrees related to technical, business, economics and finance fields are most appropriateMinimum certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably Lean Six Sigma Master Black BeltProven continuous improvement and Lean experienceExtensive knowledge and expert use in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologiesSkilled and experienced in managing change programsTeam leadership skills and the capability to work effectively in international teamsPassion for innovation, change and continuous improvementFluent in English, both verbal and written.
