hela Sverige You will in your position have two main areas of responsibilities. One within Project management as part of our Continuous Improvement team and simultaneously you will work as the Executive assistant to the Nordic and Eastern Europe (NEU) CEO.
In your role you will work cross functional and with multiple parts of the organization, which will provide you with a good insight in the Damco's strategy and business. The position will provide a unique opportunity to work with the necessary day to day tasks of NEU CEO as well as driving sustainable and continuous optimisation of the Damco business by embedding Process Management and Lean thinking for the benefit of our customers, shareholders and employees.
Your tasks will amongst others be to:
• Establish an improvement culture and mind-set by initiating and driving process improvement projects and practices to achieve productivity improvement in each functional area and cross our countries.
• Act as a role model and coach and train in the usage of different tools, methodology and applications in the process that drives to increase effectiveness, efficiency and engagement throughout the NEU organisation.
• Together with the NEU organization identify potential improvement projects, personally work to deploy the Lean way of working as well as manage the information flow and documentation process associated with all projects (both CI and other) including conducting the required analysis.
• Execute tasks as provided by the CEO through the NEU Area Leadership team including follow up on management projects and initiatives, assist various stakeholders in setting up internal standard routines as well as support NEU CEO administratively and in the daily operations, with reports and presentations for meetings and event.
• Arrange corporate entertainment, travel and meetings for the NEU CEO.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate a compelling vision, influence others, generate passion and energise teams

• Committed to excellence - constantly striving for best-in-class
• Fluent in English
• Preferably experience from Forwarding, Logistics and Supply Chain
• MS office skills (min. intermediate level)
• Preferably proven Project Management skills
