hela Sverige We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader to expand our team at Hitachi Energy, Grid Automation - Automation & Communication Product in Västerås.

Your responsibilities
Develop, drive, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in defined area of responsibility
Drive the implementation of global initiatives in line with global targets
Be a bridge between the global Continuous Improvement team leader and functional leaders
Support employees in application of Continuous Improvement tools
Support the other CIL/CIS in their development
Support CI tools development
Drive cultural change in line with the global strategy (SDP)
Follow up the roadmap of improvement projects in defined area of responsibility
Your background
Higher education or equivalent working experience from similar area
You have 5+ years of experience from Continuous Improvements
You are a self-driven person and a good team-player with good collaboration skills and hands-on approach
You have good communication skills in English, both written and verbally
Knowledge in Swedish is meritorious
