hela Sverige As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will report to the Methods, Maintenance and Quality manager, your role is to Manage the Process Continuous improvement within the Plant to support Customer Satisfaction.
For that you will Manage cross functional team and support Order processing, Methods, Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the Process/Continuous improvement within the entity.
• Work with the Leadership to develop strategy and identify opportunity for continuous improvement and improve Customer Experience
• Lead project to ensure the achievement of process improvement to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and effectiveness
• Provides Management with progress on projects their associated savings
• Implement continuous improvement projects by using "Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma" and other methodologies.
• Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable
• Coach the teams to ensure that the organization is a highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture
+ Coach Green Belts and develop continuous improvement skills
• Share and replicate the Best Practices of Continuous Improvement
+ Promote as a standard the Industrial Excellence principles of the group: SPS / DMAIC / SIM /
• Act as a Quality System Engineer and be responsible for the overall quality management system within the entity (ISO9001)
• Plan, lead and/or conduct internal audits
+ Ensures an effective pool of internal auditors
• Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution
Outputs expected: Ensure that the projects are delivered on time with the expected savings and are sustainable, Communicate the results through Control Tower Dashboard & Customer sat Dashboard.

Required qualifications and skills:
• Master/Engineering degree in Industrial Management or equivalent
• Knowledge or experience in Methods, Quality or Logistic/Supply Chain
• 6 Sigma Green Belt (minimum), Black Belt is a plus
• Experiences in SAP is a plus
• Project management in an international context
• Leadership & Good communication skills
• Proactive to lead the Change and dare to disrupt
