About the job Swedbank and the growing Digital Banking and Fintech industry are facing a major shift where the business is transforming to make use of new opportunities brought to us by new technologies. With everything moving faster Continuous Delivery (CD) is a cornerstone in any IT development organization and the way to bring new services and products faster to the market.
You will be part of the Enterprise Continuous Delivery team which is responsible for driving the CD initiative across the bank. The team consists of experts within the area of Continuous Delivery.
The Continuous Delivery and Test Architect will work closely with the Domain Architects focusing on architectural questions related to Continuous Delivery. You will also educate and coach the organization on how we can make the delivery machinery as efficient as possible, to release new solutions/products in a faster pace.
What you need to succeed You are an expert in Verification Architecture and Test Automation in complex IT systems
You have several years' experience of Continuous Integration and Delivery in large organizations with complex products
You have a degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science
You are an expert in tools used for automated integration, test and delivery
You have knowledge in the area of PaaS (Platform as a Service) and cloud based test frameworks
You have experience with Container technology and Container Orchestration
You have good communication skills, are a good team player, self-driven and used to take own initiatives
What you may have worked with previously A Continuous Delivery and Test Architect is a senior person with extensive experience in software development. You have probably worked as a full stack developer with all parts of development, including continuous delivery, and as an architect. Since you will be responsible for the entire banks Continuous Delivery and Test architecture it is important that you can keep a holistic view and make sure we do the right things for Swedbank as a company.
