About the role
Are you a creative person with a great passion for creating value-adding content? We are looking for a Content Specialist who can create engaging, on-brand and timely content across our internal and external channels, ensuring a consistent brand and tone of voice.
As Content Specialist, you'll collaborate across teams to understand priorities and work to deliver an effective multi-channel content marketing strategy and editorial plan that supports Ework's business goals. You will be part of an international team working with digital marketing, branding, PR and investor relations. The team is flexible, helpful, and work together to reach common goals.
Your main responsibilities
Play an active role in generating content ideas and bringing them to life, driving consistent storytelling in different brand touchpoints
Produce engaging content for Ework's internal and external communication channels, including web, SEO/ SEM, newsletters and social media
Work closely with different ongoing communication projects with internal teams, as well as external partners
Manage Ework's social media presence across key digital channels
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Measure and evaluate content effectiveness and continuously implement improvements
Execute the content strategy by planning and publishing relevant content to respective stakeholder
As a person you are driven and excited to put your knowledge into practice and takes initiatives to solve the tasks at hand. You are self-reliant and have a positive and creative mindset, passionate about creating great content.
You're ideal for the role if you have
University degree with a focus on marketing or communications
Several years of experience from creating content strategies, editorial plans and managing social media channels
Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written and engaging content (ranging from a short social media post to a website article)
Understanding in SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic
Experience from web editing tools and Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and InDesign
Excellent project management and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced
International environment
Excellent English skills and fluent in Swedish
