We are now looking for a Content Publishing Manager to strengthen our team in Stockholm

The position
As a Content Publishing Manager with Content Operations, you are working in the Content Publishing Team with five people who reports to you.

The Content Publishing team is responsible to ensure that content is scheduled according to guidelines, published on time and contribute to creating a premium experience for all users, regardless of platform or device. Your main responsibilities as a Content Publishing Manager are to support the team and have the overall responsibility for the publications to both NENT and partners platforms to ensure a stellar performance. This includes ensuring that team have the right knowledge and processes to work with as well as secure a good wellbeing and growth in the team.

The responsibilities for a Content Publishing Manager include - but are not limited to:

• Stakeholder for improvements related to the scheduling and publishing workflow and systems.
• Ensure that the team is working in the most efficient way and foresee different situations that might arise.
• First point of contact for publishing queries or issues.
• Be on top of all upcoming releases and have a tight dialogue with the team and other stakeholders regarding statuses to ensure deadlines are met.
• Employee management with bi-weekly 1on1, yearly PDA dialogues, salary review, and other employee related queries.
• Ensure personal development for all team members in the team and constantly supervise the workload and adjust accordingly.
• Track KPI connected to the scheduling and publishing workflow and work continuously to improve the numbers.
• Be part of the Content Operations steering group and high-level discussions and planning, together with other managers.

The journey ahead
You will be part of a large team (+25 people) that together cover the entire chain in the publishing flow. Everything from contact with distributors, scheduling, coding, quality control, to publication is owned by this team. In other words: here is a lot to learn!

You will also be part of the ongoing transformation in the team to adapt to the company growth.

What we are looking for
Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:

• Experience in directing a team and responsibilities connected with it.
• Experience from employee coaching and support of personal growth.
• Able to work in a times-sensitive matter and with flexibility.
• Able to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• You have solid experience of working with coordination and communication.

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:

• You have experience from working with streaming and operational parts connected to it.
• You have experience in content management or VOD publication.
• You have experience from working with rights- and content management systems.
