We are looking for our next Content Producer. In this role, you will craft and deliver compelling visual narratives that shape the Axel Arigato universe. You lead the full lifecycle of stills and motion productions, ensuring every asset reinforces the brand's aesthetic, energy, and creative ambition. You have a strong creative instinct combined with a structured approach to planning and execution - bringing both vision and operational rigour to every production.
You bridge creative direction, production excellence, and operational precision - elevating how the brand shows up across campaigns, social media, retail, and e-commerce. You are comfortable owning a production from concept to final delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and collaborators with confidence and care.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented - someone who thrives in fast-moving and complex environments, and consistently demonstrates ownership, initiative, and responsibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and uphold the seasonal and weekly production schedules, guaranteeing that all projects adhere to critical path milestones and release deadlines
Oversee the complete production process for campaigns, e-commerce shoots, social media content, and special brand initiatives
Lead art buying efforts, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing top talent in photography, styling, hair and makeup, casting, and set design
Coordinate all production logistics such as location scouting, casting, permits, studio reservations, call sheets, travel arrangements, accommodations, and vendor relations
Serve as the on-set producer, ensuring creative consistency, smooth operations, and product accuracy throughout shoots
Administer budget management, cost analysis, and financial reporting, optimizing creative output while adhering to spending targets
Maintain image quality assurance for all e-commerce and campaign assets, ensuring compliance with brand standards and minimizing the need for reshoots
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Minimum five years of production experience within the fashion industry
Demonstrated expertise in both stills and motion, encompassing all stages of pre- and post-production
Strong proficiency in negotiation, budgeting, and contract management
Clear and effective communicator with both internal teams and external partners
Highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
Skilled at problem-solving in fast-moving and complex environments
Consistently demonstrates ownership, initiative, and responsibility
