hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Agile Search i Stockholm We are looking for a creative and collaborative Content Producer to join our Communications team. You will be responsible for developing dynamic content-video, articles, white papers, and more-to share the story behind our brand and grow a global following.
In this role, you will work closely with teams including design, marketing, and diversity management to shed light on how we work as a company and culture, and connect the dots between our vision, our product, and the communities we serve.
Our ideal candidate is hands-on with every step of production, from research and writing to production and promotion. You are analytical in your approach, understanding the target audience and crafting content that speaks to their different perspectives.
What you will be doing
- Produce digital content strategy based on short-term and long-term goals for consumer awareness and employer branding
- Execute on each stage of production process (text, video and audio) in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors when needed
- Manage content calendar to deliver timely and action-oriented output
- Integrate content production and SEO strategy to drive web traffic
- Oversee distribution to owned channels and social media platforms
- Champion best practices for tone of voice and copyediting across the organization
To catch our eye, you show most of the following...
- 2+ years experience developing digital content at a creative agency or in-house brand
- Mastery of English, written and verbal (Swedish is a plus)
- Experience with video production and editing tools
- Experience developing content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or relevant field
