For our client WirelessCar we are looking for a creative, driven and curious content & communication specialist to join as an essential member of the Communication team. You will be instrumental to securing internal communication that turns strategies and challenges into smart communication that empowers and enables WirelssCar's staff to be their best.
In this role you will:
• Be part of a small communications team within People & Culture department, where we value a t-shaped competence. Each of us have an area of responsibility, but back each other up where needed.
• In some cases, the communication plan is ready, but need execution. In other cases, based on need, target group and context for specific projects you need to plan communication efforts, sync with stakeholders and secure on brand & on purpose execution.
• Create concepts, designs, texts, films, illustrations/animations, presentations that meet the communication needs and the specific audience.
• Roll out communication activities according to plan on news blogs, social chats, and events (physical as well as digital).

We believe that you bring:
5+ years as a Communication specialist or Content/ Graphic Designer, or as a journalist, preferably with an internal communication or technology background
Ability to turn communication needs to concepts, adapt them to selected channels and create purpose fit copy.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro; PowerPoint
A strong portfolio demonstrating a foundation of design principles, as well as creativity and versatility across digital channels
Photography, Video and animation skills
Experience in executing/Producing events (digital, hybrid & physical)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to relevant target audiences
Experience in communicating change & and complex issues
