hela Sverige For the head office in Skellefteå, Brokk is looking for a versatile and driven Content Marketing Specialist/Copywriter with experience in B2B marketing communication. This is a key role at Brokk, providing value to our customers through writing original content in English for multiple target groups and communication channels. As a person, you are curious, committed and have a great interest in the combination of content and copywriting that build the brand and drive business growth.

In this role, you will be able to reach customers globally with your written content, establish new technical content solutions and ways of working with e.g., lead generation, all while being a key member of the marketing communication team.
Job Summary
As Content Marketing Specialist at Brokk, you are a key member in the group's Marketing Communication team at the headquarters in Skellefteå.
Your main work involves driving the content marketing function by writing marketing texts for Brokk with a clear focus on customer value and customer experience. You are responsible for planning, creating and following-up the external and internal written marketing communication, as well as developing new digital content solutions.
Key tasks:
• In close collaboration with the Marketing Communication team, create and implement a content strategy for Brokk based on business goals and objectives.
• Craft a storyline and find the correct tonality when writing high-quality, engaging and original content in proficient English for our external and internal target groups, communication channels, marketing assets, product data sheets etc.
• Be responsible for the written content in our social media channels; create, publish and optimize.
• Create new content and solutions to support growth of the Brokk business and community e.g., case stories, marketing automation solutions and e-learning material.
• Contribute to our new launches, including writing press releases and content for sales folders, the website, newsletters, product manuals, etc.
• Integrate keyword research, SEO and SEM, into our content strategy.
• Define, measure and optimize our key KPIs for content.
• Create written content for internal communication, e.g., our intranet and newsletters.
• Keep up to date with trends and best-practices related to content marketing in our field and incorporate that into your writing, channel and solutions development.
Requirements and Experience
We believe that you have a few years of experience and proven ability in writing B2B marketing communication material in proficient English. You love writing engaging texts, tweak copy, and to understand and reach people and target groups in an engaging and relevant way. As Brokk is an international company, it is important that you can communicate freely in English and have good knowledge of technical English. Other language skills aside from English is advantageous.
Post-secondary education such as an academic degree in Communications, Journalism, or similar is a merit, as well as experiences from Wordpress, Google ads, Google analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.
You are a positive team player who take initiative, have strong relationship building qualities, and you appreciate working in an international environment. You see opportunities in writing and developing content marketing for a strong brand in a leading manufacturing company.
