We're now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join us in a fast-paced role - one whose leadership qualities create an encouraging working environment - together with a highly knowledgeable team in a world-leading company!
About the job
With a constant customer value and customer focus approach, you and your team are responsible for strategically planning and creating relevant marketing activities and content to fill the entire customer journey. Content that attracts and engages our target audiences, from awareness through to driving action and growing our business. Content that creates a lasting appeal, based on research and analytics from customer behavior, securing a strategy that is on point and performs well. You guide and coach the team in their daily work as well as set goals and assign deliverables. Accompanied by your supportive leadership approach - you're always looking ahead for continuous development and improvement.
Other responsibilities include:
Sourcing and managing freelancers and agencies as needed to support the team (translators, videographers, etc.)
Develop and maintain competitive knowledge within the team from central customer insights and market analytics teams, to therefore enable commercial and portfolio decisions linked to our Enterprise offering
Budget setting and quarterly follow-up, reporting and adjusting
You report to the Sales Enablement Manager and are based ideally in Sandviken, or Stockholm, Sweden, and some cross-functional, international travel is included in your job.
About you
This position is ideal for someone who bring a solid combination of leadership experience and a strong marketing and technical background, from which you demonstrate successfully developed and implemented targeted marketing programs for business-to-business technology markets and customers with complex buying cycles. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a requirement, and skills in Swedish are also a big plus.
