Position Overview
We're hiring a Product/Content Marketer with an emphasis on content. This person will manage product marketing and be responsible for the creation and execution of the content calendar.
In this role, you'll be one of the first members of the growing marketing and GTM team. You'll have a sizable impact on the company, product marketing and content strategy, play a key role in enabling our sales team with content and tools to close more deals, and deliver programs that drive massive market awareness.
Responsibilities include:
Content creation: Own the editorial content calendar (including social media calendar) as well as create content across the entire customer lifecycle (collateral, blog posts, videos, thought leadership, webinars, product demos) to align with customer needs and business strategy. Craft compelling content assets for distribution across marketing channels and website
Messaging and position: Develop compelling messaging for key personas and use cases
Market intelligence: Be the go to expert on industry trends and competitors that will guide our go-to-market strategies and provide feedback and guidance to other teams as needed
Target audience: Develop a deep understanding of our personas and what their customer journey looks like. Update personas and customer journey maps on an ongoing basis
Product launches: Incorporate product launches into the content calendar, working closely with the product team. Create and communicate pricing and packaging to the sales team
Sales enablement: Ideate and create slide decks, FAQs and battle cards that articulate pain with the existing solutions in the market and show how Albacross solves them

Preferred experience/skills:
2+ years experience in a product/content role
Track record of writing engaging content, telling the 'story' of products, for various marketing channels. Your written portfolio will showcase this.
Experience of cross-functional working with sales/product and marketing teams
Strategic hands-on approach
Excellent English copywriting and editing skills
Good understanding of driving demand and working in multiple marketing channels
Experience of working in one or more of the following is desirable- tech, SaaS, B2B industry, enterprise company
