We are now looking for a Content Manager for our "Join Squad". This squad focuses mainly on building a strong relationship with our customers, though all digital channels. The Content Manager is therefore in charge of producing content to guide the early stages of our new customers and build a stronger bond with us as a company.
To fit this role, you must:
* Have at least 2 years' experience as digital content manager or similar role
* Be familiar with scrum and agile methodologies, preferably within web development and in complex organizations
* Have brilliant editorial skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Have experience in communication for Customer Relationship and CRM
* Be able to produce copy with a given tone of voice
* Be able to manage and edit pictures, images and videos
* Familiarity with EPiServer CMS
* Familiarity with software as Photoshop and Office
* Understand our clients and genuinely care for their satisfaction
Knowledge or experiences in web analytics, conversion or coding would be appreciated as well as an interest in the telecom industry.
