In the role as Content Manager you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and developing a database of content as part of Webhelp's information management process. You will work closely with the accounts and support units within the business to make sure that the content is used, is up-to-date and meets business need in the best possible way.
This is a newly defined role in the business, based on increasing demand of content management due to a large amount of information and systems in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. In this, we need to be in control of information to ensure that it is correct and relevant.
You will work from one of our offices in the Nordics. The role may require intermittent travelling. Copenhagen, Oslo, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Helsinki, Latvia as examples of where we have our sites.

Experience Ability to identify and work with relevant subject matter experts (SME) within the business who are owners of content. Motivate and manage SMEs to ensure commitment to updating content on time. SMEs range from support units, such as HR, IT and Finance to top level management and client account management. Confident in monitoring and assessing information and changes within the business to identify frequently asked questions that need to be answered in a knowledgebase. Ideally you will have implemented or maintained a knowledge base and information process. Experience for work with Humany KB and/or information mapping in SharePoint/Office365/Office will give you advantage / is preferred.
Core Responsibilities Design and own the design of the overall knowledgebase implementation and development Assimilate information extracted from SMEs and re-write it into a defined style, ensuring that it is clearly articulated and easy to use for all target audiences within the business Ensure legal and operational compliance of database information Schedule regular reviews of the knowledge base to identify areas that need to be updated / expanded Review the structure of the knowledge base on a regular basis, to ensure that it reflects the needs of the business Provide regular training to users of the knowledge base and gather feedback on a regular basis
Profile match Strong time management / prioritization skills Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages Good comprehension of the Scandinavian languages in writing Strong oral and written English language skills Strong attention to detail Solution oriented, pro-active and autonomous Sense of leadership, engaging people in all areas towards the same goal Ability to work in a diversified cultural environment Documented skills for Microsoft Office Excellent networking skills Excellent communication and marketing skills
Reporting Line

You will work in a support unit called Nordic Performance Excellence Support (NPES), managed by Webhelp Nordics COO, together with experts within areas like Project - and Change Management, Workforce Management, Process development and deployment, Reporting and BI. You will report directly to one of our managers.
