Your tasks consist of helping our clients update digital content and support them in EPiServer. You will contribute with CMS support, problem solving and optimizing content onsite. You will have a variety of assignments you will work on. In some you assist the client in adapting marketing material and in others you will support the market during a roll-out of new functionality.
Some of our client have English as their corporate language and in collaboration with them you will switch between Swedish and English as your working languages.
You will be part of our support team that is located in Stockholm and Mumbai. To enjoy the role you need to be a positive and service minded person. You are self-sufficient, take initiatives and pay attention to detail. You like to give service to our clients and assist them in CMS support.
Must-haves
Experience of handling CMS, preferably Episerver
Interested in technology such as new CMS functionality
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
